Help us Welcome our new therapist and Pilates instructor, Megan!

Megan graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Megan has received continuing education in Pilates rehabilitation with the osteoporotic patient and patients with spine conditions. Megan is also a fully certified Pilates instructor.

Megan utilizes her Pilates knowledge with her clients and patients to emphasize posture, movement re-education, and core stability to optimize daily function and performance.

In her free time Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children, and their goldendoodle, Finn.

We are now offering cash-pay physical therapy services that include specialized Pilates-based sessions tailored to your needs.

Pilates sessions are led by a licensed physical therapist and can be used in a variety of ways.
