The Husker Lounge birthday dinner featured a green salad, bourbon-marinated steak with scallops, glazed carrots, and parsley potatoes. Dessert was a lavender-lemon cheesecake with blueberry compote. Manager Crystal's lavender décor set an elegant table. The culinary team served wine, and residents, along with their loved ones, received birthday and anniversary wishes during the celebration.
