Prior to joining Complete Children’s Health in 2018, Dr. Overcash practiced pediatric medicine in Aurora, Illinois, for 26 years. During the last 6 years, she also served as medical director for women and children’s services at her organization and currently serves in the same capacity as medical director for Complete Children’s Health. Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Overcash is eager to serve the medical needs of children and their families in Lincoln.

Dr. Overcash has two children. She enjoys traveling with her daughter Lauren, and engaging conversations with her son Mathew. She enjoys camping, hiking, reading, golf, and playing with the family dogs.

SHINE Video Series: Strength Development for Youth

Complete Children’s Health is teaming up with Coach Greyson to provide top-quality training and education for young athletes—because healthy habits start early!

Getting strong is the foundation for improving performance and reducing injury risk. We recommend 1–2 dedicated strength sessions each week as part of a structured training program. Consistency is what keeps athletes strong, fast, and durable all year long.
