Jane embraces a holistic approach to elder care emphasizing the mind, body and spirit connection. We believe in treating all aspects of the person including their physical, psychological, social, recreational and spiritual needs. Quality of Life
Person-centered care is a philosophical approach to nursing home care that honors and respects the voice of elders and those working closest with them. It involves a continuing process of listening, trying new things, seeing how they work, and changing things in an effort to individualize care. Jane de Chantal personnel embrace the philosophy of person-centered care. We value all persons and acknowledge that each person has strengths, abilities, gifts, and contributions to offer.
