This is the very last slot for our 2019 Yoga Teacher Training. After this class, 4:8 will be taking a sabbatical from teacher training for a couple of years. If you are feeling nudged to sign up, this is your opportunity. I know quite a few of you have inquired, entertained the idea but have yet to commit. I pray this is the day you say "yes." Even if that "yes" is a big scary one. 😘

Our 200-hr training is a seven month program with one weekend a month devoted to intensive and hands-on learning.
This transformational experience is for all yoga practitioners new or experienced, or new/current yoga teachers looking to grow in their practice.

When done, you'll be eligible to apply with Yoga Alliance at the 200-hr level.

Wise words from my friend.

LEAVE YOUR CONCERNS WITH GOD.
How often do we weigh our needs on the great scale of human suffering, find them "meh" and don’t make the effort to carry them before Him? We lug our burdens from place to place with heavy hearts and it consumes us when we could be consumed with compassion. We underestimate His profound desire to be WITH us.

How often throughout Scripture does God remind us that He is WITH us - through every cry, every pain, every worry, every concern.

Stop. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath.
See Christ in front of you. Inviting. Living this moment WITH you.

Hear these words for yourself: "What do you want me to do for you?" Let your response lead you into prayer today. And tomorrow? Cry out to Jesus again.

My prayer for us is that this question will become a simple practice, an invitation, a way to go on a daily walk and know that we are seen, we are heard, and we are loved by a God who loves to take care of His children. Your Father wants to hear from you.
