Building a better life can feel BIG

But it comes down to the small, deliberate moves you make daily.

Every choice, habit, and moment you seize shapes your path.

A life filled with comfort, negativity, and busyness teaches your brain stagnation.

In contrast, a life rooted in curiosity, challenge, and self-care, fosters growth!

Is it HARD and DIFFERENT? GO … DO IT ANYWAY! 🙌🙌

Life piles up—deadlines, noise, endless to-do lists. Time to unplug. A fall float is like pulling the plug on all that chaos: weightless, silent, just you and your thoughts clearing out the fog. Emerge focused, fresh, ready for whatever's next.

“One of the hardest things I do regularly but hands-down the biggest game-changer for my health and recovery—is my cold plunge routine. That first shock of icy water never gets easier, but the way it boosts my energy, clears my mind, and helps my body bounce back is unreal. Pair it with some red light therapy and a sauna session, and I feel like a new person every time.”

Anyone else hooked on this combo? 🥶🔥

Our Story

What is this crazy thing you speak of? Float tank (aka floatation tank, sensory deprivation tank, or isolation tank): A tank filled with water that has enough Epsom salt mixed in to allow a person to float effortlessly on the surface. The water is kept at skin-temperature, making it imperceptible, and the tank is sound¬proof and pitch-black, creating a place for our bodies to be free from gravity and all stimulation from the outside world. A float tank is not as much an object as it is an environment. An environment whose purpose is to act as a counterbalance to every other interaction we have with the world around us. It is the pursuit of a pure nothingness. A place of rest. It is an environment that allows our bod¬ies and our minds to sink away from the society that has been built around us, and to instead turn focus internally. A chance to check in with ourselves, uninhibited and unadulterated by the external forces that are otherwise omni¬present. There is no magic in the float tank, the magic is us. Our bodies have spent millions of years learning how to take care of themselves, and the float tank simply provides the optimum environment with which to do it.
