What you can expect:
• Gentle, beginner-friendly guidance
• Simple projects to help quiet the mind
• A therapeutic, no-pressure environment
• Good conversation + warm community
• Materials available (or bring your favorites!)

Knitting has been shown to support emotional regulation, reduce stress, and create space for mindfulness — and we’d love for you to experience that with us. 💛

At Save A Life, we believe the smallest gestures can make the biggest impact. That’s why we created Kindness Bears — a simple, meaningful way to spread love, encouragement, and connection throughout our community.

Each Kindness Bear is given with intention.
Each one carries a message:

✨ You matter.
✨ You are seen.
✨ You are loved.
✨ Keep going.

Our bears are shared with children, families, individuals in recovery, and anyone who could use a reminder that they are not alone. Sometimes they celebrate bravery. Sometimes they recognize kindness. Sometimes they’re just there to bring comfort on a hard day.

This initiative is about building a culture of compassion — especially for our kids. When children learn to give kindness, they grow into adults who lead with empathy.

If you’d like to donate bears, sponsor this initiative, or help us spread kindness in our community, please reach out or stop in to see us.

📩 Please email: courtney@salrecoverynetwork.org

Because at Save A Life…
Kindness isn’t extra.
It’s essential. 💙
