Hormone imbalances could be what’s causing your anxiety.

Let’s uncover the root cause of your stress:

⚡️Cortisol: The Stress Hormone (The body releases cortisol in response to stress.)
- Too much = Feeling wired & anxious
- Too little = Fatigue + low resilience to stress

⚡️Thyroid Hormones: Hyperthyroidism and sometimes Hypothyroidism
- Over-active thyroid = Anxiety, restlessness, racing thoughts.
- Under-active thyroid = Anxiety, depression

⚡️Estrogen & Progesterone: Female Hormone Imbalances (Sometimes, hormonal birth control can exacerbate anxiety.)

Here’s how to take care of yourself on the road:

✔️ Stretch before you go - Loosen tight hips, hamstrings, and shoulders to reduce stiffness.
✔️ Check your posture - Keep your hips level, shoulders relaxed, and head supported.
✔️ Take movement breaks - Stop every 60–90 minutes to walk, stretch, and reset your body.
✔️ Stay hydrated - Muscles and joints function better when you’re well hydrated.
✔️ Use support when needed - A small lumbar roll or folded towel (or jacket) can help maintain a neutral spine.

Are you guilty of making these breakfast mistakes:

☕️ Drinking your morning coffee on an empty stomach?
🍳 Not eating a high protein breakfast?

It make be messing with your hormone balance. Here’s how to fix it⤵

- Drink coffee WITH or after a meal.
Instead of drinking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning try pairing it with a balanced high-protein meal. This puts less stress on the adrenals and reduce the cortisol spike caffeine can cause.

- Have protein WITH breakfast.
Protein is satiating and reduces glucose spikes from happening. Remember, blood sugar balance is key for healthy hormones. It’s ideal to have a meal that contains protein, healthy fats, and fiber-rich carbohydrates.
