During our Defensive Medicine (Oh S #!t, I Think I’ve Been Shot!) class in Elk Grove, students run realistic scenarios—like managing a facial injury while monitoring the airway and maintaining control under stress. It’s not entertainment; it’s preparation.

What you’ll learn:
• MARCH-based assessment under pressure
• Airway positioning and protection with facial trauma
• Bleeding control (direct pressure, packing, pressure dressings, tourniquets)
• Rapid casualty movement and 911 handoff
• Mindset, communication, and scene safety

This isn’t just for gunshot wounds. These skills buy time after crashes, falls, workplace injuries—any day, anywhere.
