A journey…

My family has searched for years to find natural ways to improve our health and stay healthy. Four years ago my mom gave us a book, The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson. The Emotion Code is about energy healing. Removing heart-walls. All the questions started. Is it real? Could it possibly work? Emotions are energy. When you get angry, you can feel it. When you are sad, your heart hurts. But what happens when the moment is over? Dr. Nelson's book says the energy is trapped in your cells and is contributing to health problems. No way could this be true. Then my wife had chronic hip pain. Severe pain. Twenty minutes releasing emotions. The pain was gone. That was four years ago. Since then we have used the Emotion Code and the Body Code to help our family and our friends. Now we are starting Joyful Living so we can help others. We want to help you.
