Start your new year strong! 💪

Join January’s Wellness Warriors beginning Monday, January 12th.

🤑The challenge investment includes:
• Small & large group training
• Class options to customize your experience
• Individualized coaching
• Nutrition consultation
• Two InBody assessments
• Accountability, camaraderie and check-ins!

🗓Training Schedule:
• Monday – Small Group Training 5:45 p.m. or Strength 45 at 6:30 p.m.
• Tuesday – H.I.I.T at 5:30 p.m. or Zumba at 6:30 p.m.
• Wednesday – Mat Pilates at 5:30 p.m. or Yoga at 6:30 p.m.
• Saturday – Strength 45 at 8:30 a.m.
• If these days/times don’t fit with your schedule reach out to see how we can accommodate what you’re looking for!

💧☕❄️ Did you know your body gets dehydrated more easily in winter? Even when you don’t feel thirsty? Cold, dry air pulls moisture from your skin and airways, and lower thirst cues make it easy to forget to drink.

Staying hydrated is key for immune health because it keeps your mucous membranes moist- your body’s first defense against viruses and bacteria.

A few easy ways to boost hydration:

1. Sip on warm herbal tea throughout the day

2. Add broth-based soups to meals

3. Keep a water bottle nearby as a visual reminder

Small sips add up. Your immune system will feel the difference. 💙💧✨

Madonna Wellness Club is closed today.

Normal facility hours resume tomorrow 5:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a modified group fitness schedule:
• 8:30a – 9:15a – Body Sculpt with Amy
• 9:30a – 10:15a – Cycling with Amy
• 9:30a – 10:15a – Aqua with Michelle
• 10:15a – 11:00a – Dance with Greta
• 10:30a – 11:30a Yoga with TBD

Get ready for Christmas Eve at the club! 🎄

The facility is open on Wednesday, December 24th from 5:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.. We are staying open later this year so more members can get a workout in before the holiday festivities begin!

❄ Group Fitness Schedule on Christmas Eve:
• 8:30 a.m. – Strength w. Tracy
• 9:30 a.m. – Cycling w. Eva
• 10:15 a.m. – Dance w. Kristin
• 10:30 a.m. – Yoga w. Melanie
• 11:30 a.m. – Aqua 4 Energy w. Michelle

Madonna Wellness Club is closed on Christmas Day - Thursday, December 25th. Enjoy the day spending time with loved ones!

The club will reopen with regular operating hours on Friday, December 26th, 5:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.. A modified group fitness schedule is available on Friday including:

🌬️✨ The holidays may be joyful, but they can also bring stress- and chronic stress can weaken your immune system more than you’d think.

High stress increases cortisol, which makes it harder for your body to fight infections and slows down healing. But taking small moments to reset can make a big difference.

Try this:

1. Take a 5-minute breathing break

2. Stretch your neck, shoulders, and back

3. Step outside for fresh air

4. Build in tiny moments of quiet

Your immune system thrives when your mind and body feel supported. Give yourself permission to slow down this season. ❄️💙✨

Blake has worked at Madonna Wellness Club for a few years now and has made a huge impact on the member base. Not only does he have personal training clients, he also works with the Parkinson's BIG Grad class and individuals with adaptive training needs.

He also meets with new members during their complimentary new member health coaching and fitness orientations.

Madonna Wellness Club offers Pilates reformer classes and services! 👀

If classes aren't your go-to, check out the one-on-one private sessions or split the cost with a friend for our tandem sessions. Two people with one instructor, so you still have the private approach with specialized guidance yet, you don't have to do it alone!

In addition to Pilates reformer options, we also have Mat Pilates classes and series throughout the week.
