“Her prices are so expensive….is she worth it?”
I hear this often, and wish I didn’t have such anxiety about my pricing. However after being in the industry for 17+ years, my pricing represents my worth, knowledge, and supports my family/continuing to provide a unique atmosphere/treatments for those who see the value.
I am very transparent, and have always been willing to work with anyone if I’m out of budget, many of my clients can vouch for me. So if you’ve wanted to experience time on the table, please reach out and let’s chat.
My pricing may also feel sticker shock, however I have flat rate pricing, that means no gratuity is needed/expected/or accepted at checkout-unless some of you threaten me to take the bonus 😂. I have had a flat rate policy for almost two years, and it’s been incredibly helpful for myself and clients. I can evaluate my expenses more effectively and you can budget easily.
This was a beautiful week of being reminded by my regular clients and brand new clients that I have an unteachable gift of touch, and that i am worth my time/cost. I can deliver results that reach your skin goals, while providing a therapeutic approach to reset the mind and body. Some of this was learned and some is intuition, I’m a little witchy and love energy dancing. What can I say 😉.
My take away: if you’re a provider and you’re nervous about your pricing, make sure your price point is what you need to provide and survive. Consider the longevity of our business, and how we don’t get paid leave/paid vacation/sick leave/health insurance/retirement matching. Clients who value your time, your body, and your expertise will be loyal.
I’m lucky and thankful to have some of the most soulful and understanding clients, who encourage me to keep growing and learning. I wouldn’t be who I am and where I am without them. I respect anyone who decides I am not their skin specialist due to cost or maybe personality, but I know you’ll find the right fit!
