Greetings from the Physical Therapy Center!

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for trusting the Physical Therapy Center with your physical therapy needs. The Physical Therapy Center has been in business for 50+ years. We have truly enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you and are thankful for your patronage! Through the years, there have been many changes. Recently some of those changes have led us, after prayerful consideration, to the decision to close the practice effective February 21, 2019. Beginning March 4, 2019, Tiffany Beiermann will be practicing at Snyder Physical Therapy. Please rest assured, you can continue to receive the same personal, hands on treatment approach that you are accustomed to at the Physical Therapy Center, just at a different location.
As a reminder, your health care records are confidential. Nebraska law requires us to keep your records for 10 years after your last visit. Your doctor also received communication from us regarding your therapy visits. If you should need copies of your physical therapy records (i.e. car accidents, worker’s comp etc.) information regarding how we can be contacted will be made available on our web site beginning in February 2019. We will be in our current location at 600 N. Cotner, Suite 110 through February 21, 2019, should you need treatment or need to get a hold of us during that time.

This decision was not one made lightly. We were truly concerned about what was in everyone’s best interest, including the best interests of our patients. We would love to continue to work with you in the years to come and this transition will allow us to do just that. If you have any questions, please feel free to call our office. THANK YOU again for giving us the opportunity to help you with your physical therapy needs!

Sincerely,
Tiffany Beiermann, MPT
Rachel Schliewe, office manager
Holly Broxterman, PTA Jacque Spangler, office assistant
