“Your body runs on a schedule, whether you set one or not.”

Let that sink in. Is your current routine working for you or against you?

A lot of us think routines box us in, but here’s the truth: rhythm and routine actually give you more freedom. Why? Because when your body knows what to expect, everything runs smoother: your digestion, your energy, your hunger cues. Without consistency, it can feel like you’re forever chasing energy highs, battling unpredictable cravings, or stuck in the cycle of “ugh, why do I feel so off?”

Your digestive system runs on your circadian rhythm (aka your body’s internal clock). Eating at predictable times helps your gut show up prepared:

Enzymes are primed before meals

Nutrient absorption improves

Bloating and discomfort decrease

Bowel movements become more regular

Think of it like showing up to a meeting. If your gut knows what time the meeting starts, it’s ready. If you roll in at random times? Chaos.

✨ Educational Outreach in Action!

Amberly had the opportunity to share her physical therapy expertise with Debbie and her team of massage therapists at during an engaging, hands-on workshop. Participants were fully immersed as Amberly demonstrated practical, science-driven assessment and treatment strategies designed to help massage therapists further strengthen their clinical skill sets when supporting patients experiencing TMJ, head and neck pain.

The energy and enthusiasm around improving patient outcomes was truly inspiring.

At Manifest Integrated Health, we believe in the power of a whole-person approach to wellness and the important role collaboration and self-care play in healing. This educational opportunity highlighted the strength of interdisciplinary learning, and we are grateful to be surrounded by like-minded practitioners who are eager to learn, grow, and continually elevate the care they provide.
