✨ Educational Outreach in Action!

Amberly had the opportunity to share her physical therapy expertise with Debbie and her team of massage therapists at during an engaging, hands-on workshop. Participants were fully immersed as Amberly demonstrated practical, science-driven assessment and treatment strategies designed to help massage therapists further strengthen their clinical skill sets when supporting patients experiencing TMJ, head and neck pain.

The energy and enthusiasm around improving patient outcomes was truly inspiring.

At Manifest Integrated Health, we believe in the power of a whole-person approach to wellness and the important role collaboration and self-care play in healing. This educational opportunity highlighted the strength of interdisciplinary learning, and we are grateful to be surrounded by like-minded practitioners who are eager to learn, grow, and continually elevate the care they provide.

Here’s how to troubleshoot:
Gas or bloating: Add fiber gradually and drink plenty of water.
Loose stools: Focus on soluble fiber (oats, bananas, psyllium).

Raise your hand if 'drink more water' is on your 2026 goal list. Hydration is often looked at as something we “should probably do more of.” But when you really realize how much hydration affects, you might be able to actually reach that goal this year!

Hydration is responsible for your energy, digestion, focus, joints, and mood!

Even mild dehydration can leave you feeling tired, foggy, with a headache, or just a little “off.” Most people don’t realize it’s happening until they’re already running on empty.

At Manifest Integrated Health, we see hydration as more than just drinking water. It’s about supporting your body at a cellular level, all day long.

Movement isn’t about burning calories or finding the 'perfect' workout. It’s about connecting with your body and giving it the support it needs.

At Manifest Integrated Health, movement means more than structured exercise. It’s how you sit, how you stand, how you breathe, and how you carry yourself through the day.

When we move regularly and mindfully, we support posture, joint health, circulation, energy, and even our mood. When movement is missing, the body often speaks up through stiffness, fatigue, or discomfort.

You don’t have to move perfectly. You just have to move with awareness.
