As a Board Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Reflexology Therapist, I specialize in Pain Management. My goal is to help reduce pain, tightness, soreness, discomfort, achiness, stiffness, cramping, increase range of motion and simply give people an overall feeling of health and well-being.

Studies show that a smile can spur a chemical reaction in the brain, releasing certain hormones including dopamine and serotonin. Dopamine increases our feelings of happiness. Serotonin release is associated with reduced stress. Science has shown that forcing a fake smile can legitimately lift your mood, reduce stress, and lower your heart rate and blood pressure. So next time someone tells you to turn that frown upside down, know that you will be doing yourself a world of good!
