As we head into the first day of summer a good rule is if it is upper 90’s and above out and you leave your glasses or sunglasses 🕶️ in your car the chance of the frame and lens warping are very high! Bring them inside.

Did you know that over the counter lens cleaners that you buy at Walmart or box stores are not good for your lenses? especially the premoistened wipes!

To make your lens last:

1. Clean lens and frame with blue dawn dish soap

2. Always wet your lens before wiping with microfiber lens towel

3. Don't clean the lens with anything that has been in the dryer or washed with softener, to clean microfiber towel hand wash with dawn dish soap and water and air dry.

3. DO NOT use Windex or any spray meant for house or car windows

4. Next time you're into your eye doctor ask for a spray lens cleaner they carry that is specially made for the coatings on your glasses
