Looking into therapy can be scary. Talking about the thing(s) that bring you to therapy can be even scarier. That's really fu***ng brave.

It’s my goal to make therapy the tiniest amount of scary possible. The things you’ve been through, the experiences you’ve had, have brought you to where you are today. Maybe you’re not happy with where you are today- that’s OK! Maybe you don't know where, or who, you want to be- yet- and that's OK too! You're here, looking at this page right now because you want things to change and you know what? Go you! I specialize in childhood trauma, codependency and the consequences of both. Therapy is about growth and moving toward the most healed version of yourself. The best part is: you decide what that looks like! It’s my job to help guide you in that direction. We'll work through what you're struggling with together to help you struggle less! I deeply value affirming care, autonomy & independence. YOU decide what you want from therapy & I’ll help you work toward it. YOU decide when you’re done, too. Some people enjoy therapy (I do!) & are lifelong attendees, others are looking for someone to bounce some stuff off of & gather some insight before heading on their way. Both are fine! Let's chat!
