✨ Meet Josi! ✨
You may have already seen Josi around the office, but it’s time for a proper introduction 💫

Hi, I’m Josi! I was born and raised right here in Lincoln and graduated from Lincoln Southwest High School in 2021. I then attended Pittsburg State University (Go Rillas! 🦍), where I played college softball while pursuing my degree in Exercise Science. I graduated in May 2025 with my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and have also been a certified personal trainer since 2023. I’m deeply passionate about holistic health and wellness and love learning how the body moves, heals, and thrives. I hope to continue my education in a related health field in the future and am excited to keep growing so I can better serve our community!

I’m so thankful to be part of this team. Helping our patients move, feel, and live better every day is what makes this work so meaningful to me. 💙

💥Save this for a quick and easy 3-Minute Routine to Calm Low Back Pain.

You fix it by improving mobility, opening the hips, and reversing sitting stress.

Here’s the 3-minute routine that actually works:
1️⃣ 90/90 Hinge: Hinge forward in a 90/90 position to open hips and unload the lower back.
2️⃣ Figure four: Laying flat, rest one leg across the other, pulling that knee to your chest for a good glute stretch.
3️⃣Windshield Wipers: On your back with bent knees, rotate side to side to restore lower-back mobility.
4️⃣ Modified Hip Flexor: In a kneeling lunge, slightly bend the back knee to improve hip extension and reduce back strain.
5️⃣ Press-Ups: From your stomach, press into extension to reverse sitting stress and reduce disc pressure.

These five movements work together to reduce pain, restore motion, and reset your spine in just a few minutes.

Hold each stretch for 30 seconds and do 3 total rounds to calm low back pain and feel the relief!
