Relaxing after some much needed bodywork today. My post cancer body gets fatigued, stiff and painful, learning how to manage this with exercise, stretching and bodywork is important as I navigate through this healing process. Self care is health care. This is the body you have so it's important you take care of it. This is why when you come in I will always give you different homework to help you help yourself too. I got a few more fun tools today added to my collection!!! I'm excited to try them out!

Bucket list item achieved last week, Paul McCarthy!! I finally got to see a Beatle!! I'm still crying because it's been a dream of mine since I was young. To hear his voice in real life, to hear his whoops and hollers like I have on every album, video and movie. Now to see my favorite Beatle, Ringo Starr.
