Hope your week is going well so far.
This morning I'm harvesting sweet basil seeds that we dried over winter. Some studies show they're a decent source of calcium, magnesium, fiber and can help with blood sugar control. I've never used them before but it sounds like you can soak them and they taste good in water, soups, pasta, smoothies and who knows what else. π€·ββοΈ
