LB54 - Rate increase for DD providers to address workforce shortages
LB220 - Provide for IDD impact notes for legislation
LB239 - Change requirements relating to developmental disabilities funding priorities and eliminate a sunset date
LB268 - Ensure DSP wages remain at least 150% above Nebraska's rising minimum wage
LB336 - Create the Task Force on Supported Employment
LB391 - Adopt the Give to Enable Scholarship Act and provide for certain income tax adjustments
LB486 - Require the Department of Health and Human Services to implement standards for reimbursement for certain service providers
