Exciting news — Yoga & Mindfulness for Preteens and Teens is coming back this spring!!

For many years, I taught yoga to children of all ages — my youngest yogini wasn’t even 2 years old and used to come to class with a pacifier 😍

Teaching kids and teens has always had a very special place in my heart… especially after doing yoga with my own children during the pandemic, and with my youngest since he was a toddler 🥰

So much so that I created my own Yoga & Mindfulness curriculum for Tweens & Teens, and for the past 7 years I’ve also been teaching Yoga & Mindfulness as an academic class at the University of Nebraska, helping young people find simple, gentle ways to manage stress, emotions, and everyday challenges.

Our kids & teen groups were always full. Then my path shifted toward health coaching, and this chapter was put on pause for a while…
And now, I’m so happy and grateful to finally bring this program back!!

I truly believe that learning how to slow down, breathe, move, and listen to yourself is one of the greatest gifts we can give our kids and teens.
