Y'all...HOW many times have you tried to change your diet or lifestyle? Have you heard the term "yo-yo dieting"? You try a new fad diet and release a bunch of weight....just to gain it all back, plus MORE, after you stop this fad diet...

I totally get it. That's why I'm taking my 6 week clean eating program and giving it to God. Won't you join me? Philippians 4:13 tells us, "For I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." I know this is a "coffee cup" verse...you see it everywhere you turn...but WHAT IF...

What if we can give all of our issues with food and weight to the One who can handle it all? What if we can turn to Him to get that strength to not give into our temptations? 1 Corinthians 10:13 tells us, "The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so you can endure."

God IS faithful, y'all!! He WILL show us a way out so we CAN ENDURE! That's why I'm giving my program to God and changing it up. There will be six weeks of teachings that WILL help you find your want to. Your want to: eat better, exercise, let go of cravings, learn better ways, change your lifestyle, and keep the weight off for good! C'mon, with God, we've got this!
