Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) incorporate horses experientially for emotional growth and learning. The treatment teams consists of Licensed Mental Health practioner and, Equine Specialists certified in the EAGALA model as well as our team of horses to assist participants reach their treatment or learning goals. We serve a variety of populations from children and youth to adults and families. EAP and EAL have been successful with many mental health issues such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, PTSD and addictions. EAL is a useful team building option for corporations and other groups. All work is done on the ground and no horse experience is required. EAP is an excellent adjunct to traditional talk therapy. EAL is likened to other adventure based team building exeperiences such as rope courses. Please contact us for further information.

Open to all middle and high schools in De. Registration needed. This will be a fun day!! Students can visit prevention stations focused on mental health and substance use prevention, participate in wellness activities and games, and even create their own My Reason Why video. The DICK’S batting cage, rock climbing wall, and golf simulator will be open at a discounted rate—and there will be raffles, prizes, and school spirit challenges throughout the day!
