The Eastmont Foundation Join our mission to ensure dignity and fulfillment for our community.

Since 1997, we've dedicated ourselves to enriching the lives of Eastmont residents and those we serve at The Monarch through compassionate care and philanthropy. Since opening in 2003, The Monarch has provided quality hospice care in an intimate, homelike setting to over 1,000 people ranging in age from infants to the elderly. While most pay for their care, many through illness and life circumstances do not have the resources to pay for their care. Thanks to our generous donors, The Monarch has been able to provide over $1.4 million in benevolent care.

The Eastmont Foundation hosted our annual Monarch Ornament Exchange on Sunday, December 7, in the Seasons Atrium—a special gathering to honor and remember those who have been cared for through the Monarch Hospice program at Eastmont.

Each year, Eastmont designs a unique ornament for attendees to take home, and guests are invited to place an ornament of their own on the Monarch Tree in memory of their loved ones.

A heartfelt thank-you to the Eastridge Hospice Singers for filling the Atrium with music and helping make the season feel truly merry and bright.
