Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved caring for others—and my great-grandma Margaret was the first to see that spark in me. She encouraged me to pursue nursing, saying I was always looking after everyone around me. She was right—I couldn’t imagine doing anything else.
I’m a Nurse Practitioner at Lincoln County Hospital, where I care for patients in the clinic, emergency department, and hospital. I’m passionate about family practice and love being able to care for patients of all ages, often seeing entire families. I’m also drawn to helping those with chronic and complex conditions, supporting them through every stage of their health journey.
I’ve been part of the Lincoln County Hospital team for three years. Before coming home to Lincoln, I practiced as a nurse practitioner in Great Bend, and before that worked in the ICU and Progressive Care units at Salina Regional Health Center. I’ve also worked in long-term care and home health, and each role deepened my appreciation for the resilience and strength of the people I care for.
I’m proud to call Lincoln County home—my family has deep roots here, with ancestors who helped settle this area generations ago. Taking care of my neighbors and community members is an incredible honor, and I believe we live in one of the most beautiful counties in the state.
Outside of work, life is busy and full. My husband, Cody, and I are both Lincoln natives, and we have three teenage boys who keep us on the go with sports and school activities. We’re an active family who loves being outdoors, whether it’s hunting, hiking, or cheering from the sidelines. And something people might not know about us—we raise bison, and we absolutely love it!
I’m grateful to work close to home, surrounded by supportive coworkers and a community that values local healthcare. Every day, I’m reminded why I chose this path: to make a difference right here, where my roots run deep.
