We are so excited to share something new with our community—something that has been thoughtfully prayed over, designed with intention, and built around you. As most of our community knows, we've offered fitness classes over the past couple of years... but we've always held the strong belief that this space is made for a different kind of fitness space.

We heard the stories.
Women who felt uncomfortable in crowded gyms.

A thankful heart opens our eyes to a multitude of blessings that continually surround us.

Each November, we take time to reflect, pray and sit in gratitude at the blessings we have here at Healthy Start. And every year we get to hear from our families in the practice at what they are grateful for with our gratitude pumpkin.
As I took the gratitude pumpkin out today, I couldn't help but smile at all the different things people have been thankful for over the years.

"Lafftr" was my favorite today.
But "p**p" is a close second. When it comes to health, p**p matters.
