We offer all natural honey products - Local Raw, Elderberry-infused Honeys, as well as, organic immune boosting Elderberry Syrups and Tea. The Little Beekeeper began in 2016 when our founder, a curly haired nine year old, became the youngest certified beekeeper in North Carolina, and that spark grew into a family owned brand that cares for bees, bottles honest honey, and shares the craft with our community. We produce raw honey, elderberry blends, and simple pantry staples; our honey is never heated and is strained once to remove natural wax flecks and hive debris, then bottled in small batches to protect flavor and freshness. We are licensed and insured, inspected and permitted by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, ServSafe Certified, and we bottle in a commercial kitchen that is regularly inspected by the NC Department of Agriculture and the Health Department, with batches lab tested for quality. Our values are bee first care, no feeding during harvest periods, local first sourcing with trusted partners, and clear labels. Because bees forage for miles across mixed landscapes, we do not label our local honey as organic and choose transparency instead. This was 8 years ago.

A small fridge. Hand-labeled jars. Late nights. Early mornings. Delivering orders one by one.

We truly came from humble beginnings. No big warehouse. No massive team. Just heart, hustle, and a whole lot of belief in what we were building. 🐝💛
