I am Rudy Betita Enojas, the owner/manager of RN International Services, a recruitment and job placement agency for Registered Nurses. It was established in Chicago, Illinois, USA on July 1, 1992. Since August 1992, the agency has been recruiting qualified nurses from the Philippines, India and China and has brought already about 750 nurses to the United States. These nurses were employed by the hospitals and nursing homes in the United States that I have an Agreement with.
I was born in Iloilo City. After graduating in high school, I took up Associate in Arts in Pre-Medicine at Central Philippines University in Iloilo City with the intention of becoming a doctor. Due to financial difficulties after completing my Associate in Arts in Pre-Medicine, I took the entrance examinations and entered the Philippine Military Academy in Baguio City. I graduated in 1960 and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Philippine Army. After almost 12 years as an officer in the Philippine Army, I left the military service and migrated together with my wife who was then a Registered Nurse and our 3 children to the United States.
I thank God for giving me an opportunity to assist the nurses and their families to migrate to the United States where they realized their dreams of living fruitful and successful lives. It gives me great pleasure and joy when I meet these nurses again after many years that I have not seen them when they move away to other places to be with their relatives. We still receive Christmas cards from a lot of our nurses to this day.
