We’re excited to announce the opening of our newest dialysis unit in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Colonial Manor Nursing Center.

Since entering the Oklahoma market in December, we’ve been proud to continue expanding across the state and bring high-quality dialysis care closer to residents where they live. This new unit allows us to serve more patients and support improved quality of life through accessible, compassionate care.

Celebrating 5 Years in Ohio!
Five years ago, we opened our first dialysis unit in Ohio and what an incredible journey it has been. Over the past five years, we have grown across the state, expanding access to life saving, life sustaining dialysis for nursing home residents who need it most.

A huge thank you to Team Ohio for their dedication, compassion, and hard work in building this success. We are proud of how far we have come and excited for what is ahead in the year to come!
