March 11 is National Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Day! We are incredibly proud of the dedication, compassion, and expertise our dietitians bring to patient care every day. This week, we are highlighting some of our tenured dietitians and celebrating the lasting impact they continue to make across our organization.

Alexis Smith, Lead Renal Dietitian, is based in Concerto Maryland and has been with us since 2020. When asked what has kept her at Concerto, Alexis shared: “What’s kept me at Concerto are the opportunities for growth, the amazing teammates, and the flexible schedule. A meaningful part of my role here at Concerto is providing direct care to our patients and helping advocate for their needs.”

We’re excited to announce the opening of our newest dialysis unit in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Colonial Manor Nursing Center.

Since entering the Oklahoma market in December, we’ve been proud to continue expanding across the state and bring high-quality dialysis care closer to residents where they live. This new unit allows us to serve more patients and support improved quality of life through accessible, compassionate care.

Five years ago, we opened our first dialysis unit in Ohio and what an incredible journey it has been. Over the past five years, we have grown across the state, expanding access to life saving, life sustaining dialysis for nursing home residents who need it most.
