Less is more never actually means doing the least ever is the best approach.

The Law of Minimum Dose in homeopathy is a principle that helps us meet a person exactly where they’re at.

“Less” is the least amount of pressure, time, input that we can offer a system and still create an effective change, without triggering alarm.

When our therapists are working, they’re listening to your words of what you need, and also teaching you on how your body is responding to the work. Sometimes your body guards up before your mind can recognize it is too much.

When we can find the window of tolerance for your body, curiosity, awareness and repatterning are the response!

As a lifelong learner and lover of all things medical, I have been studying and practicing homeopathy for the past ten years. The principles of homeopathy and healing have won my heart and will forever be woven in to who I am as a practitioner, but I will be transitioning my practice to massage and bodywork. Through my practice and self healing with homeopathy, I was met with many cases of healing being trapped in the physical self. I began seeking bodywork and consistently saw marked improvement in every case. After learning about fascia, I instantly knew this was the link between the energy work and body work I had been witnessing. I am excited to share with the world the merging of fascial bodywork and the energy of homeopathy. Welcome to my clinic for the body and soul.
