ROAD TRIPPIN’ - snacks for the car. Raw almonds, raw cashews, kind bar, almond butter. Each person has a gallon ziplock bag full of these snacks to last the whole trip. This helps us have choices good for our body, relieves the stress of trying to find healthy options along the way, and they are already in portions. Don’t worry- we have one or two planned treats that we will be stopping for. 😉

CAMP !!!!!! Are your kids going to camp this summer????
Tip - add 1 TBSP of tea tree oil to their shampoos and shake well. This will help deter lice. My favorite brand of oils is Plant Therapy. However, when you don’t have time to get in a new bottle for camp, you run to your local health store and grab this so you can finish packing.

I know it’s been a minute since I posted. I have been busy with work. I have some exciting news to share soon. Also, beginning in the fall, my hours are reducing so I can be sure not to miss anything for my son’s senior year. Continue to reach out. Comment what questions you have. Wow- it is cold 🥶. I have been super busy with clients. Please do not hesitate to reach out. Here is my tip for today - reduce your exposure to chemicals as much as you can. Instead of hand sanitizer, use silver gel. Chemicals exposed to skin take less than 3 seconds to be absorbed. Then travels through blood stream lowering your immunity. Your body fights to get rid of the chemicals. Silver gel is organic and is a bacteria killer.
