Where does stress hurt your body first
💪1. The IMMUNE SYSTEMS - weakens it. Once weakened short term illness(allergies, colds) and long term illness (major infection, inflammation, and cancer) have an environment to thrive in.
🫀2. The CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM- long term stress on your heart, think the pump of your body (heart) has been weakened. Which includes high blood pressure, weakened valves in the heart and overall weekend muscle tissue in the heart. Long term stress can Lead to possible heart problems.
🦠3. The DIGESTIVE SYSTEM- When the digestive system has been compromised due to stress. Simple things such as brain fog, slow digestion, bloating, or major things such as stones formation in different parts of the organs, such as gallbladder kidney & bad gut bacteria growth causing GI infections!
