Today is April Fools’… and we’re full of Sister Store Shenanigans! 🤪🎉

So here’s what happened: Little Drugs of Demopolis tried on Mac's Drugs logo for April Fools’… and we thought, “Well, if Demop can do it, so can we.”

Call it copying, call it matching outfits - we’re just keeping up with our sister stores 😉

We may have a different look for the day, but we still have the same steady Linden care. If there’s one thing us sister store’s have in common, it is our hometown heart, commitment to serving our pharmacy families, and apparently: a great eye for logo design 😂

With the month of March coming into bloom, it is hard to believe it has been 6 years since Covid came about. In March of 2020 America experienced its first cases of this respiratory illness that instigated pandemic, loss, and lingering complications for many in our country and in our local communities.

We are grateful that healthcare has adapted and prevailed to help prevent, heal, and manage the effects of this illness – and Little Drugs is proud to be a part of that progression. COVID may still be in our communities, but Little Drugs is here to support those who have been affected, and still may be, in every way we can.

For those wanting to protect themselves, we offer immunizations for COVID-19 - as well as boosters for COVID and many other respiratory illnesses such as pneumonia, flu, etc. For those who are perhaps dealing with the effects or complications of COVID currently, we have many over-the-counter cold and flu remedies to help you recover quickly and comfortably. And for those who just need sound advice, a friendly smile, and healthcare that feels more like family than pharmacy – we’ve got that, too.

Happy World Hearing Day, Linden!👂✨

World Hearing Day was established to bring about awareness and support for hearing loss in our communities – and Little Drugs of Demopolis is proud to announce today that we are working on growing our services to help better serve our community, especially those who experience hearing loss!

One of our pharmacy technicians, Erin Etheridge (pictured below), has enrolled in a course being conducted by the University of Alabama, that allows pharmacy technicians to gain a better understanding of hearing aids and causes of hearing loss. This course will also familiarize her with equipment used to measure the severity of hearing loss and instruct her on the best candidates for OTC hearing aids. 🦻📋

We are working with the board members of this study to help bring more accessible hearing-care to small communities like ours, so that no degree of hearing loss, however small, is left untreated! Keep an ear out, Linden – we hope to offer OTC hearing aids, and other hearing-care services, very soon! 🎉💙
