Have you heard of kinesiology tape? Kinesiology tape is used in some physical therapy methods to correct muscle movements and posture.

Action Packed Week for the NJIFPR Team. Congrats to James Lynch for his installation as President to NJAJ. As well, to all the board members that were sworn in. Our team was so grateful to be in attendance.

We also had an educational day for our staff following an amazing happy hour. We continue to drive our mission of keeping our patients pain free!
