We accept walk-ins until 3:30 p.m. / except for Fridays. Clinic Providers:

We offer outpatient services, including primary care services encompassing total health and wellness, disease prevention, physicals, patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses, and long-term and home health care referrals.
