THE EXPERIENCE MIRACLES PODCAST - An informative podcast that will have you having a few "a-ha moments" followed by saying "wow, Dr. Tony gets me" and "this all makes sense now".

The PX Docs Network is centered around providing answers, help and hope for your kiddos and your entire family. I have to say I am truly blessed and thankful to be part of such an amazing network, the PX Docs Network !

My role as a CA within our office, makes my heart smile and happy. Knowing that I am part of this amazing God-Give mission, that is helping change lives of some many kiddos and families for the better, brings me so much joy and puts a smile on my face.

Here in our office, we love our kiddos and their families. We love watching their nervous system heal through their amazing neurologically focused chiropractic care.

Here at PWBC, we love being part of the PX DOCS network and love ❤️ what we do each and every day.

As a CA, there are so many of 🎉"favorite" and "best" parts of our patient's healing journey . There can't be just one because we celebrate it all. What seems to be small moves are truly the most important ones. There is such joy in watching our kiddos heal and move through some of the best celebrations and milestones on their journey. It can be anything from a kiddo trying a new food to a better pooping schedule. Yes, you're reading that right - we are talking P**P as it is an important of some of our kiddo's healing journey. It can also be using forming a sentence or saying a single word or better sleeping patterns or self-regulating better - calmer in those stressful situations. Yes, it all counts and we celebrate them all !

You will see me use the word journey a lot when I talk about neurologically-focused chiropractic care because it is just that. It is a journey that we take one step at a time by our kiddo's and family's side the whole way . We're not here to be "one more option." We are here to be the starting point, the anchor for healing, regulation and a lasting change.

It all starts by building on a clear, connected, regulated nervous system - the anchor and foundation.

This is chiropractic's role. This is our calling here at PWBC. 🎉💯❤️

Happy Tuesday from your favorite CA at PWBC and the PX Docs Network - Diane.

This week we have been talking about the winter holiday season. I don't know about you but one of my favorite parts of the holiday season is spending time with family and friends. It doesn't matter the size of the gathering but it matters truly of those who we are spending the time and moments that are being made to last a lifetime. Sounds sappy but wow, since I lost my dad, I realized just how important those moments and memories are in our lives and hearts.

Now who doesn't love being around the holiday table have the best conversations with our family and friends?? It is the time to catch up with some people who we see on a daily basis and some that we only get to see during the holidays.

Now, the best has to be when people ask me about what I do for a living or if ask how my job is going. There are times when some people have not yet heard of the AMAZING PX DOCS network. At that moment for me, let the conversations begin and let's talk about everything neurologically focused chiropractic care and adjustments lifestyle. Yes, it is a lifestyle - a healthy lifestyle. There is so much hope, help and answers within the PX DOCS network and our office here at PWBC. I know leaving that table after those conversations, lives of precious kiddos and their families will be changed forever for the positive.

Happy Monday from your favorite CA, Diane at PWBC. Who ordered the snow and ice before winter officially starts :)

I think a hug along with a neurologically focused chiropractic adjustment are definitely on order for a Monday after a snowstorm. Yep, a hug and not just any adjustment, a neurologically focused chiropractic adjustment for your kiddo, yourself and the entire family. There is no better way to handle the stressful holiday and winter season.

The holiday season is a joyful one of celebrations but can also be a stressful one with changes galore. Changes to school activities with concerts and events. Changes to sleep schedules with sleepovers, family vacations and the time off from school and the normal structured schedule Changes in eating habits, where we are eating more comfort foods that are high in sugar, refined carbohydrates, which also can suppress the immune function. Changes in our time spent outside due to the sun setting sooner, less exposure to an important Vitamin D source, the sun. Add onto that our busier schedule throughout the remainder of the year. All of these changes can add to chronic stress which can negatively impact the immune system, reducing the ability to respond to pathogens and germs effectively.

Ready set go – we are the midst of the winter holiday season ! Can someone please tell me where this year went and how did the holidays creep up on this fast? I have to say that this is one of my favorite times of the year. If you are like me, you love celebrating the holidays but know that along with the celebrations comes the busiest time of the year with shopping for all the teachers, coaches and loved ones. Let's add in cooking, decorating and we can’t forget entertaining the elf every night as he or she moves around your house. By the end of the day, every parent out there is tired. As a CA at the PWBC office - what do I love the best ! I'm glad you asked ! Well besides loving all of our amazing kiddos and families - I absolutely love that we are part of the PX Docs Network.

Kids and chiropractic go together like peanut butter (or almond butter or nut butter 😊) and jelly ...And kiddos and their families are our JAM :) We absolutely love our PWBC kiddos :) I am thankful God blessed me with being part of a network, the PX Docs Network, that focuses on health, kiddos & the entire family.

I have to say that there is nothing better than hearing children’s laughter, a hug, the excitement of them running into the adjustment room, seeing their great smiles or having a chat with one of our teens 😊 Wait, yes there is 😊 Seeing the looks on their parents faces as their kiddo’s nervous system starts to heal and they start to have a better quality of life.

One BIG FACT that I have learned in my over 3 years at this practice is that Chiropractic isn’t just for adults.
