I posted a picture of my breakfast in my personal stories yesterday. It was a chia seed pudding bowl with berries, sweet potato, and granola… it’s one of my favorites and super nutritious.
But not every day looks like that.
After my workout and walk this morning, I reached for my creatine, a protein drink… and a bowl of Froot Loops — and I’m not feeling guilty about it.
The goal is progress, not perfection.
Making really supportive choices most of the time — and then having days that look a little different — is still progress.
Because progress isn’t built in one perfect meal, one perfect workout, one perfect accomplishment.
It’s built in patterns over time.
It’s showing up and not spiraling when things aren’t “ideal.”
All-or-nothing thinking is what keeps people stuck.
Consistency — even imperfect consistency — is what actually moves you forward.
And that applies to every goal 🤍
