The Institute of Healing Arts

The Institute of Healing Arts We focus on EMOTIONAL HEALING, provide private sessions, workshops and year-long certifications. Why Process?

We offer a year-long program which includes on option for students to certify as emotional release facilitators. Stored emotions can trigger or worsen health problems and can also create emotional, psychological or spiritual difficulties. Processing brings closure and completion to the past and completion brings energy, power, freedom, improved health and emotional maturity.

As Valentine’s Day is coming up, we’re reminded to honor love as presence.💛🤍💙

The kind of love that listens without rushing.
That stays curious instead of reactive.
That makes space for what’s real.

This is the foundation of meaningful connection, with others and with ourselves.

Mindful Monday🤍

Just because you can’t see the progress doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. Roots grow quietly. Trust what’s unfolding beneath the surface.

This season isn’t asking you to rush into becoming.
It’s inviting you to listen more closely.

Like a seed beneath the soil, emotional health forms in the unseen,
in the moments you pause instead of push,
feel instead of bypass,
and choose honesty over performance.

What you’re tending now matters,
even if no one else can see it yet.
Especially then.

Spring will come.
And what roots deeply, rises with integrity.

“As soon as I saw her, I knew she was the one.”

What began as a simple preview turned into a life-changing experience. Trusting that inner yes opened the door to a process that shifted everything.

This is the power of being in the room, feeling the resonance, and letting your body lead

Mindful Monday🤍

There’s nothing wrong with you for feeling tired, tender, or unsure. Healing doesn’t always look like action. Sometimes it looks like staying with what’s here, without judgment.

As we move into February, we’re reflecting on love as more than a feeling.

Love can be the experience of being met, without needing to perform, explain, or fix yourself.

This kind of safety begins within and ripples outward into our relationships.

Emotions aren’t the problem.
Our relationship with them is what shapes our experience.

At IHA, we approach emotional awareness as a learnable, embodied skill, one that supports regulation, clarity, and connection rather than overwhelm.

This distinction is foundational to the work we teach and practice.

There is no rush into truth and healing.

For some, healing happens in pieces,
a moment here, a realization there,
just enough to stay present without overwhelming the system.

And then one day, the body says: I’m ready.

Ready to stop circling the edges.
Ready to trust what’s already been known.
Ready to step fully into what has been unfolding all along.

This work doesn’t demand readiness,
it waits for it.

And when the yes comes,
it’s not dramatic.
It’s steady.
It’s grounded.
It’s true.

This work isn’t a quick fix.
It’s a lifelong shift in how you relate to yourself, your emotions, others, and your life.
Not a band-aid. A real change from the roots.
A change that really sticks.

Mindful Monday🤍

Winter has its own language.
When we slow down enough to listen, we hear what’s been waiting beneath the noise. Not everything speaks loudly, but it still deserves to be heard.
