Lindsborg Community Hospital has consistently ranked in the 95-99th percentile in patient satisfaction surveys conducted by national firms Press Ganey & Associates and Health Stream.

The Lindsborg Community Hospital Association was incorporated by the State of Kansas on May 31, 1944. The address on the Articles of Incorporation is 203 North First, which is the location of Dr. William Holwerda’s privately owned community hospital, and is now a private residence. Application for a 501-c3 was made and received in 1946 and was required to pursue funding from the Ford Foundation and commence fund-raising. The construction began in 1948 and was completed in time to care for the first patients in May, 1949.
