Kind words and big smiles made for a great day at Bethany Home! High school students from Smoky Valley volunteered their time reading letters to residents that were written by Soderstrom Elementary students. 📬

Moments like these are a wonderful reminder of how meaningful it can be when different generations connect through simple acts of kindness.

For 68 years, the women of the Bethany Home Association Auxiliary have quietly worked behind the scenes, supporting our residents and mission every step of the way! 💙

Their continued dedication plays a huge role in making so many of our events special. From providing desserts for weekly chapel services, annual fundraisers, and parties to helping with monthly birthday celebrations, the Auxiliary often works quietly in the background to keep everything running smoothly.

Over the years, the Auxiliary has helped support Bethany Home by providing funding for nursing equipment, home décor, and supplies for special events. Many may also fondly remember the beloved “Happy Cart,” which, for years before the COVID pandemic, delivered personal items and treats to brighten residents’ days.

Bethany Home is incredibly grateful for the time, care, and generosity the Auxiliary has shared with our community for nearly seven decades - thank you!

Surprising residents with beautiful flowers is a simple way to brighten their days and bring a few extra smiles to our halls. Bethany Village has already had an exciting March! Between our Sloppy Joe Fundraiser, BINGO at the Legion, and Match Madness, we’ve been surrounded by an incredible community of supporters.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Sloppy Joe Fundraiser and to the donors who gave during Match Madness. Your generosity helps Bethany Village continue working toward projects that enhance the lives of our residents and ensure that they have a beautiful place they’re proud to call home. 🏡

Bethany Home “Heart Hunt” Winners! ❤️

February kicked off our scavenger hunts for the year at Bethany Home! Staff were on the move searching the campus for conversation hearts and two champions emerged.

Congratulations to Bailee Levering, who found 57 hearts and Amelia Zvolanek, who spotted 35 hearts. Great job, ladies! Enjoy your Subway gift cards! 👏

A friendly little leprechaun stopped by Bethany Home yesterday to see how we were celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! After wandering through the halls, he was very pleased with the amount of green he spotted throughout the building. Before heading off on his next adventure, he left us with a message, “Keep up the good work!” 🍀
