Up early and headed to continuing education today! ☀️

I’m expanding my skills with Heated Bamboo for the Face and Intra-Oral (TMJ) therapy training. I’m always looking for ways to better support my clients — especially those dealing with jaw tension, headaches, facial tightness, and stress.

TMJ dysfunction can affect so much more than just your jaw, and I’m excited to bring even more effective, specialized techniques to the table (literally 😉).

💆‍♀️ What is your pricing?

(All-Inclusive Pricing — Effective March 1st)

Starting March 1st, Vitality Massage will move to all-inclusive pricing. There is no longer separate pricing for Swedish or deep tissue massage.

Each session is fully customized without limitations. I may incorporate tools or products such as cupping, bamboo, aromatherapy, CBD oil, or other therapeutic techniques to best support your body and treatment goals—at no additional cost.

Some clients may notice a price increase. This reflects the expanded customization and overall value included in every session.

Pricing:
• 60 minutes — $85
• 90 minutes — $125
• 120 minutes — $165

These rates are truly all-inclusive, so tipping is never expected. Your trust and continued support mean so much to me.

Every session is tailored to what your body needs that day, creating a supportive and restorative experience.

⏰ Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a 50% deposit for your next appointment.
Illness and unforeseen circumstances will be handled with grace and exceptions when appropriate.
