Introducing: MeaningFull Days Core Blocks in Memory Care!

Our days in Memory Care are now gently structured into Core Blocks, creating a steady rhythm of care that supports engagement, well-being, and familiar routines. Each Core Block is intentionally designed to meet residents where they are and honor what makes each day meaningful.

Here are the next three weeks of January. Schedules will continue to be shared weekly so families and residents can stay connected to what’s ahead!

We had such a wonderful time ringing in the New Year at our New Year’s Eve party! 🎉 Great conversation, delicious food, and even a little karaoke made the countdown special. We’re so excited to make many more memories together in the year ahead!

Our 12th Day of Christmas was celebrated with a charming Ladies Tea held in our private dining room. Residents gathered to enjoy yummy treats and warm tea while spending time together and sharing cherished holiday traditions. It was a wonderful way to slow down, reflect, and celebrate together- A perfect ending to a joyful holiday countdown!

Our residents enjoyed a scenic evening bus ride to take in beautiful holiday light displays around the community. Many of the displays were even synced to festive music, making the experience extra magical!
Our bus is always on the move—taking residents on many fun outings throughout the year—and this holiday lights tour was a favorite!

On the 10th day of Christmas, my neighbors gave to me… beautifully decorated doors!

We enjoyed a joyful festive sing-a-long led by one of our talented residents. Smiles were bright, spirits were high, and the room was filled with Christmas classics and warm community cheer. What a wonderful way to celebrate the season together!
