Big news — Dr. Bri and Christian just welcomed their third child, a baby girl, to the family. Christian’s training sessions will continue as usual while Dr. Bri takes a short maternity break to recover and bond with baby. She expects to return in a couple of weeks with a light schedule and will gradually increase availability.

To celebrate, we’re kicking off our biggest sale of 2026. Enjoy limited-time discounts on:

Teaching skills like how to effectively spot our teammate, buddy or even stranger in the weight room is just as important as the lift itself. 💪

Winter Training Season has started! The first day came with a great conversation around Supercompensation. What it is. How it's used. How is it impacted by training decisions.

We know that training is influenced by a lot of life and sport factors. While we can't control everything, we can better understand how certain factors impact our training.

Our goal with these conversations is to support athletes in their own decision making, critical thinking, and knowledge that they can use their entire lives.
