Our Story
Dr. Jennifer Massa has a special interest in treating and preventing sports injuries, extremity complaints, neck and back pain, headaches and other chronic conditions, joint injuries, trauma and accidental injuries. She works with each patient to optimize their body’s ability to respond to the demands of these injuries and daily life. Dr. Massa understands the stresses of pregnancy and the postpartum time of a woman’s life, and she is happy to work with new families to make this exciting time more enjoyable for everyone. Dr. Massa works closely with each patient and takes the time to understand their pain, stress and health concerns to make a variety of recommendations to make their health goals a reality. Dr. Massa was born and raised in Willmar, Minnesota, a rural community in West Central Minnesota. She is an alumna of Augsburg College, where she graduated with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. Massa received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (C.C.S.P.). She has completed craniosacral for pregnancy and Infant related conditions by Lori Hendrickson, CST. She enjoys spending time with her husband, children, friends and pets. Chiropractic techniques are performed using Diversified or a drop-piece technique. Therapies such as ultrasound or electrical muscle stim may be used in addition to provide pain relief, relax muscles or help in the healing process. Sprout Chiropractic & Wellness accepts some insurance plans. Our same day payment plans are affordable. Monthly payment plans and pre-payment plans are also available. Massage therapy available! Sprout Chiropractic & Wellness is for all members of every family. We are here to give moms and families who are preparing to deliver a new family member the best experience of delivery. Dr Jeni works to balance bodies and create space for baby(-ies) to grow while they are preparing for life after birth and during the birthing process. We support moms and families, especially those preparing a VBAC/VBAMC, to give them the best possible outcome with labor and delivery through chiropractic and bodywork to the best of our abilities. We strive to provide families who feel comfortable and satisfied with their labors and deliveries. Through our work and recommendations, moms and families feel confident with welcoming a new baby to the family!
