Interesting scenario we have today. The good news is there are some antidotes. Certainly not quick and easy fixes. But successful strategies nonetheless. First, more calisthenics and weight-bearing exercise along with something like one of the following: tai chi, qigong, yoga, or Pilates. A lot of guys I’ve talked to think these are feminine. But some of the strongest toughest men I know practice one of these at least every other day.
And last, but not least, some kind of sitting meditation. DM, call, text or email me for more info about how to meditate. And look for a future posts about this as well.
