Fello Supporting people with disabilities and creating communities where everyone belongs. At Fello, we believe in the power of choice and community.

Our name reflects how we work—alongside others, with heart, purpose, and a deep commitment to connection. We partner with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive and accessible housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected, not just accommodated.

During Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, we're celebrating what it means to Live, Work, and Connect.

Meet Abby. She has been working at Bullock's for nearly 10 years, taking pride in her responsibilities, trying new things, and chasing her dream of becoming a chef.

That is what inclusion looks like. Opportunity. Belonging. A workplace where everyone is valued.

We Can't Go Back, and We Won't Go Back!

We're proud to stand alongside the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Council and self-advocates from across Maryland as our community rallied against proposed state budget cuts that threaten critical disability services.

People with disabilities, families, providers, and advocates came together to make one thing clear: the progress our community has made toward inclusion, independence, and opportunity must continue.

As we reflect during Developmental Disability Awareness Month, we're reminded that person-centered support is not a philosophy, it’s how people live their daily lives.

Community-based services are most effective when they are shaped around the individual, not the system. When people have choice, flexibility, and support that reflects their goals, they're better able to live, work, and participate in their communities.

This is what person-centered support looks like in practice: meeting people where they are and building services around the life they want to lead.

Person-centeredness isn’t just a talking point—it’s how we show up every single day. It’s about creating space for people to live the lives they want with th...

Things got competitive at Fello at The Mall this week as we hosted our very first UNO Tournament at Evolution Games!

There were big laughs, dramatic Draw Fours, and a few very serious “UNO!” calls around the table.

A huge thank you to Evolution Games for hosting and helping make it such a fun afternoon. We are already looking forward to the next round. Who's ready for a rematch?

Inclusion isn't a program. It's infrastructure. In a new Baltimore Sun op-ed published during Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, Fello President & CEO Jonathon Rondeau reflects on the progress communities have made in building more inclusive systems and why continued investment in community-based supports matters.

For 65 years, Fello has worked alongside families, self-advocates, and partners across Maryland to help create pathways to independence, opportunity, and full participation in community life.

March is Developmental Disability Awareness Month, and part of what awareness means is understanding how far this movement has come and why it started.

Fello's founding in the 1960s was shaped by a growing recognition that people with disabilities deserved more than institutions. They deserved opportunity, dignity, and a meaningful place in their communities.

That belief still guides our work today. While services, systems, and language have evolved, the core commitment remains the same: supporting people to live full lives rooted in choice, connection, and community.

Last week, leaders from across Maryland's business, nonprofit, and public sectors gathered for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce's Maryland Business Outlook to discuss the trends and ideas shaping our state's economic future.

Fello was proud to support this important conversation as a sponsor. Events like this bring together the leaders and partners who are working to strengthen Maryland's communities, workforce, and economy.

A highlight of the morning was celebrating the newest inductees into the Maryland Business Hall of Fame, Rob Sharps of T. Rowe Price and Anna Gavin of Fireline. Their leadership, innovation, and commitment to Maryland's business community reflect the kind of vision that moves our state forward.

We were especially proud to see Fello President & CEO Jonathon Rondeau, who serves on the Maryland Chamber of Commerce Board, take part in the ceremony by presenting the Hall of Fame awards.

It was a great morning of connection, insight, and celebration of the leaders helping shape what comes next for our state.

We're incredibly proud to be named to the 2026 Executive Alliance – A Catalyst for Women Leaders in Maryland Honor Roll and honored to sponsor this important event.

This recognition isn't just about numbers. It's about impact. With at least 30% of our executive leadership team and board made up of women, Fello is committed to fostering inclusive, dynamic leadership that drives meaningful change in the communities we serve.

Thank you to the incredible women leading the way at Fello and to our broader community for championing inclusion, empowerment, and progress. Together, we're building stronger leadership and continuing to break barriers.

The Honor Roll award raises the bar for women’s representation in the C-Suite and board room. Honor Roll companies must have AT LEAST 30% of their executive leadership AND 30% of their board of directors seats held by women.

Congratulations to Fello for receiving the 2026 Executive Alliance Honor Roll Award.
