Manage
A check your BMI using height and weight
Keep ideal BMI
B Exercise daily
C blood test to rule out poor kidney function heart irregularities
D check for any skin problems in feet
Wash every night before sleep
E careful cutting your toe nails
Don’t dig deep
F check A1c regularly and take medicine

Recent news: Two dalit children were killed while defecating on a public street in village of Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh because lack of public toilets.
Hope and helping hands is planning to build 2 or three public toilets in slum areas. Please help. Target is $2000. All donations are tax deductible.

This is a non profit charitable organization doing multiple medical camps in rural India. Going to remote villages and helping poor people. Mostly doing eye and diabetic camps and giving free pair of new glasses and doing free cataract surgeries. Also checking blood sugar and giving instructions and meds.
This will be our 10th year and people are very satisfied, because now they can see.
Please help us. $5 get a child with glasses and $50 get an old person a cataract surgery. I think you can help and getting their vision back

We took bread, peanut butter, jelly, apples, bananas, soup and drinks to “Human Services” in Carroll County Maryland and also to “Arundel House of Hope” this past Saturday. Please consider helping us by making a donation. A donation of any size will be helpful in our efforts to help those in need.
