Introducing Our Monthly Community Stretch Class

Free | Virtual & In-Person | All Levels Welcome

Starting Sunday, November 2nd, Alongi Collective invites you to join us on the first Sunday of every month at 9:00 AM for a 30-minute guided stretch class. Whether you’re brand new to movement or a seasoned athlete, this class is designed to help you slow down, reset, and feel good in your body.

Details:

Duration: 30 minutes

When: First Sunday of every month

Time: 9:00 AM EST

Where: Virtual (Zoom) + In-Person (Location TBD)

Cost: FREE – This is my way of giving back to our community 💛

I am SO PROUD of my client . When she came to me in October , her goals were to get stronger, she wanted to be leaner, work on her diet and stay consistent with exercise. And she’s done EXACTLY that. The consistent work she puts in when I’m not with her is what really makes all the difference in these pictures. Like, hello baby abs 👋🏼

She’s down 6lbs, and has lost almost 5 inches total! We love to see it! Keep it up girlfriend👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Many reasons for needing a trainer would be: to gain knowledge when it comes to exercise, motivation, accountability, injury prevention and much more.
