This young lady came on as a new student last week as well. Allison (Weatherford Christian School) is super strong and super athletic. She picked up on new things very quickly and for being more of a middle infielder, she throws so hard!

Emme (Weatherford Christian School) is a recent addition to the SW Throwing Academy. This young lady was very easy to work with. She is very open minded, feels her body well and made small changes to her mechanics very quickly. I look forward to working with her again soon.

Olivia (Diamond Express) took some well needed time for rest/recovery in the off-season and came back strong last night. Time off is so important and there aren’t many opportunities for it, especially when the athlete plays multiple sports. Olivia picked right back up where she left off before taking some time away from pitching. Can’t wait to watch this young lady pitch this Spring.

Here’s Brinley (Weatherford Christian School), the most recent addition to the SW Throwing Academy. This young lady is so strong and very athletic, so I know with some “homework“ she will progress very quickly. I very much look forward to our next lesson!

Here’s Presley (LA Voodoo) trying a leap/push back drill for the first time last month. She killed it! This young lady is quite an athlete and is very explosive. Love her arm speed! Huge upside for Presley!!

Michaela (Trine University) is another dear, old friend that I got to catch up with last month in LA. She is a 2-time D III National Champion and continues to work hard both on and off the field. She never ceases to amaze me and is thriving. So proud of this young lady!

This young lady has an incredibly great future! Giana plays with the LA Voodoo 10u and has been pitching for 1 year. I met her for the first time last month. She is so smart and picked things up very quickly. Looking forward to working with her again soon to see the improvements from doing her “homework.“

Here’s Kaia during her first ever pitching lesson, learning to pitch so that she’s ready for 10u in a couple of years. She is the newest member of the SW throwing Academy. Welcome, Kaia and thanks for being able to work with the smartest second grader I’ve ever encountered.

Emry (NYX Knights) has improved so much in the past3 months! She has gotten enough reps to begin the process of replicating her mechanics from pitch to pitch. We find that this is when the improvement process accelerates. I am looking forward to seeing future improvement and watching her pitch during the spring season

Got to work with Abigail (LA Voodoo) for the first time in Louisiana last month. She made adjustments so quickly. She is super strong, has a great future and I look forward to working with her again soon.
