Since I’ve known her, Olivia has consistently worked hard to improve her pitching, even in the offseason. This year is no different. Here, she demonstrates her new and improved mechanics with increased arm speed. Keep up the great work, girl!

Hallee’s (Parker County Royals) focus on increasing arm speed is paying off. Her arm speed increased, her stride length increased and her ball speed has increased! The sky is the limit for this young lady. She works hard!!

Major continues to improve each week. Here he demonstrates, very well, one of his first attempts at a rhythm/timing drill for baseball pitching. Keep up the great work, young man!!

Another recent addition to the SW Throwing Academy is Alyssa (Santo Wildcats). I can tell that she is going to be a hard worker and I look forward to seeing her again after a couple of weeks of “homework.“

So far, my favorite Halloween softball uniforms. Here’s Henley, Cami and Raelee sporting their “Pretty Little Liars” best. The uni’s seemed to up their games, since all three of them performed extremely well last weekend. Great creativity, girls! Love it.

Got to see Everleigh, Abby, Kat and Gracie play today. Great games, great pitching and most importantly great teamwork. Kudos to coach Jacobson for instilling a “family-like” atmosphere for this team! I am impressed.
